MRB Group’s Vice President of Architecture Tanya Mikeska-Reed, A.I.A., recently announced the addition of Gene Dane to the firm’s Architecture Team in Temple.  Dane is a design professional with tremendous experience in all aspects of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry.  He will lead the architecture team as Texas Studio Director.

“Gene is a driven and dynamic individual with a diverse background in architecture and land use planning.  His insights will guide the entire design team and provide even greater resources to clients,” Mikeska-Reed stated.

“His expertise spans disciplines and furthers MRB Group’s 360-degree approach to addressing our clients’ needs and challenges,” she continued.

With more than 30 years of experience, Dane is a former Principal Architect and Managing Partner in successful design and planning firms in Texas.  His professional accomplishments include both servant leadership and development of close relationships with clients.

“My experience has taught me the value of leading teams by example.  Team members know me as both as a mentor and a supportive professional colleague, yet I am always keeping a watchful eye for opportunities to enhance project outcomes and achieve greater efficiency for clients,” Dane said.

According to Mikeska-Reed, these qualities make Dane a “perfect fit to strengthen the Texas design studio.”

“MRB Group is fortunate that Gene chose to work with us,” said Mikeska-Reed.  “He is a strong and accomplished leader.  His multi-disciplined experience would be invaluable to any firm.  MRB Group clients will benefit from his talents, and truly appreciate his influence as their projects exceed all expectations,” she concluded.

“I really am looking forward to working with Tanya and the entire collaborative team of outstanding architects and engineers at MRB Group,” Dane said.
