As your partner in the delivery of critical services to the community, the MRB Group team always stands ready to assist with any needs you or your team may have.

The health and well-being of staff and clients is always a top priority, and we understand there is a tremendous amount of concern and cautionary activity surrounding news about the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We also know your resident services must continue through times of crisis. This is often when our valued partnership means the most. We will continue to support you during this period with the same level of dedication you’ve come to know and trust.

The MRB Group team is committed to being informed and responsive. We are carefully monitoring the situation and following all guidance from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), the WHO (World Health Organization), and County health departments serving our communities.

Please know that the services you rely upon will continue and our expertise and support will remain readily available. We have continuity plans in place that include remote services. Our IT professionals have prepared technology to ensure that we are fully operational, so that we can assist you no matter what happens – or where the work occurs.

We are presently encouraging all team members and clients to avoid unnecessary in-person meetings whenever possible. Instead, we encourage utilizing alternative tools and resources, such as virtual meetings via phone, video conferencing, webinars, and email, etc.  To safeguard high risk personnel and clients, we are encouraging social distancing practices. Though we always appreciate gestures of warmth and friendship, we are strongly discouraging handshakes and physical contact during this period.

Thank you for your continued partnership as we work together through this challenging time. Feel free to contact our team members, the management team, or me personally if you have any thoughts or concerns you’d like to discuss.

Sincerely,

Ryan
