Description: The University of Mary Hardin Baylor entered into a design contract with MRB Group’s architects to prepare documentation to renovate the first floor of the 120-year-old historic Curtis Mansion located at the entrance to the university. MRB designers provided plans for offices, a conference room, stairs, and an ADA-compliant ramp to serve the back entrance.

These planned changes came immediately after the completion of rebuilt exterior, including repointing, foundation repairs, roof, and extensive historical detailing of the facades.
