Welcoming Our 2025 Summer Interns to MRB Group

At MRB Group, we believe in building strong communities—and that starts with investing in the next generation of professionals who will help shape them. This Summer, we’re thrilled to welcome six talented interns to our team, each bringing their own unique perspectives, energy, and passion for learning.

Our Summer internship program is designed to provide real-world experience and meaningful opportunities for growth. Interns work alongside our experienced professionals across multiple disciplines, gaining hands-on exposure to the work we do every day to support municipalities, improve infrastructure, and design spaces that matter.

Meet the future leaders who have joined us this Summer:

Engineering

• Kayla Davis, also based in Rochester, New York, is a Civil Engineering Intern joining us for a double block. Kayla studies Civil Engineering Technology at RIT.
• Leah Mestayer started the internship program in January and continues through the Summer in Rochester, New York. Leah is also a Civil Engineering Intern and a RIT student majoring in Civil Engineering Technology.

Architecture

• Jacob Bullock is serving as an Architectural Summer Intern, working across both our Temple and Austin, Texas, offices. Jake is also a Texas A&M student, majoring in Architectural Engineering.
• Youngjin Yi has joined our Rochester, New York team as a Summer Architectural Intern. Youngjin is pursuing a Master of Architecture at the Golisano Institute for Sustainability at Rochester Institute of Technology.

GIS

• Nicholas Wagner is working from our Temple, Texas office as a Summer Intern. Nick is a student at Texas A&M, majoring in Environmental Studies with a minor in Geographic Information Science & Technology (GIST).
• Sierra Doody is working from our Rochester, New York office as a Summer Intern. Sierra is a student at SUNY Geneseo, majoring in Geography and Sustainability Studies.

We are proud to provide a platform where students can connect their academic work with real-world applications, grow their skillsets, and contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects. We can’t wait to see what this outstanding group of emerging professionals will accomplish during their time with MRB Group.
