Springhill Suites By Marriott

The 107-room Springhill Suites hotel is located in the Bexley Ranch mixed-use development, north of Tampa, Florida. The building is based on the Marriott prototype design, with customizations including a 950 sf bar/lounge and one-bedroom suites.

The building exterior utilizes the current Marriott Springhill Suites prototype with stone veneer and metal panels added to provide an upgraded look.
