The 112-room Residence Inn by Marriott follows prototype design standards while balancing the aesthetics of the interior and exterior with those of the surrounding site. A major challenge was integrating the latest interior design prototype into the building during the construction phase. Several adaptations were required to incorporate the latest design upgrades.
