Regeneron Pharmaceuticals – Building 20

Our team enjoys a continuing relationship with Regeneron, a pharmaceutical company, which has resulted in several projects.

These projects have included multiple building additions to house laboratory and support spaces for the campus. The Building 20 project includes a 48,000 sf, two-story addition to an existing pharmaceutical facility. The addition includes office and support space on the first floor, and the second floor includes microbiology and component testing laboratories.

The design intent of the building expansion was to house an expanding workforce and modern laboratories. In addition, the exterior needed to provide the facility with a new design statement while complimenting the existing facility and nearby buildings on campus.
