Regeneron – Building 44 Office Renovation

As part of our Master Service Agreement with Regeneron, our team renovated 225 sf of conference and open office space on the south-west side of the first floor of building 44 at the Regeneron Campus located at One Global View in Troy NY.

The project converts approximately 90 sf of open office space into an enclosed single-occupant office. The project scope also includes the renovation of an existing conference room into two equal single occupant offices.
