Ide Honda Certified Pre-Owned

MRB Group partnered with Honda and the Ide Family of Dealerships to transform an underutilized former Pontiac showroom into a modern Honda Certified Pre-Owned sales facility.

The project included the complete renovation of approximately 6,000 square feet of showroom and customer service space in accordance with Honda’s Blue Stage design standards. This next-generation architectural program creates a welcoming, modern retail environment while strengthening brand consistency and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Beyond the interior renovations, MRB Group also designed the complete replacement of the facility’s deteriorated elevated concrete parking deck, which is used for vehicle deliveries. The new structure improves safety, durability, and long-term functionality while supporting the dealership’s daily operations.

The completed facility provides Ide Honda with a dedicated Certified Pre-Owned sales center that reflects Honda’s evolving brand identity, improves the customer experience, and maximizes the value of an existing dealership asset.
