His Branches

MRB Group provided architectural and design services for the expansion and renovation of the His Branches Community Health Center in Rochester, New York. His Branches serves the surrounding community by offering comprehensive healthcare services, including primary care and behavioral health programs.

The project was designed to enhance the organization’s ability to deliver high-quality, integrated healthcare by expanding and modernizing its existing clinical facility. Improvements included the addition of new exam rooms, creation of dedicated behavioral health spaces, expansion of clinical and administrative support areas, and reconfiguration of patient and staff circulation pathways.

Through thoughtful planning and design, the project increases patient care capacity, improves operational efficiency, and creates a more functional and welcoming environment for both patients and healthcare providers.
