Grandview Bank and Retail Space

Grandview Bank contracted with MRB Group to design and engineer a new branch bank location and additional retail space in Salado, Texas.

The project is a free-standing and conventionally framed metal structure of 8,240 square feet. The bank finish out will be 3,800 sf, with an additional 4,400 SF of white box space to accommodate up to three applicable business tenants. The bank facility includes a large open lobby with clerestory lighting and vapor fireplace, offices and walk-up teller areas, secure areas for vault and safety deposit, and a covered drive-thru canopy that will serve four drive-thru lanes. The overall site plan includes a connector drive adjacent to future development and design considerations for through-traffic, along with addressing the considerable ground slope across the site.

MRB Group is providing design, landscape architecture, and construction administration.
