Grandview Bank and Retail Space

Grandview Bank contracted with MRB Group to design and engineer a new branch bank location and additional retail space in Salado, Texas.

The project is a free-standing, conventionally framed metal structure totaling 8,240 square feet. The bank’s finish-out was 3,800 SF, with an additional 4,400 SF of white-box space to accommodate up to three eligible business tenants. The bank facility includes a large open lobby with clerestory lighting and a vapor fireplace, offices and walk-up teller areas, secure areas for the vault and safety deposit boxes, and a covered drive-thru canopy that serves four drive-thru lanes. The overall site plan includes a connector drive adjacent to future development, design considerations for through-traffic, and measures to address the considerable ground slope across the site.
