The Georgetown County Emergency Operations Center is a new 18,000-square-foot facility designed to support the County’s critical emergency management functions. As part of a larger public safety complex, the building serves as a centralized hub for disaster response, public safety coordination, and community resilience.
The facility’s program includes a state-of-the-art command center and 911 dispatch operations, providing robust infrastructure and technology to support real-time emergency monitoring and decision-making. The design prioritizes operational efficiency, security, and flexibility so the center can adapt to evolving emergency scenarios.
