Courtyard Marriott Clifton Park

This four-story, wood-framed building is based on the Marriott prototype design. Having a newly adopted zoning code, this project was the fist project in the Town of Clifton Park to obtain design approval under the new code that adopted a new set of design standards which resulted in material and color revisions on the building’s exterior. In addition to the exterior modifications, the hotel has enlarged meeting and lobby spaces to expand its guest offerings. There are 130 guest rooms, including 178 beds and 3 suites. The four-story Marriott offers guests a pool, gym, meeting space, board room, complimentary Wi-Fi and an outdoor patio with fire pit.
