Belton Family Dental

MRB Group contracted with Dr. Jay Littlefield, DDS, for architectural and MEP services relating to the design of a new 2,800-square-foot general dentistry practice in Belton, Texas.

The tenant opted to finish out the interior with extensive plumbing, gas line installation, and equipment placement to create a sanitary environment while accommodating two additional tenants in the same structure. Shared parking creates significant retail traffic in and out of the parking lot and shared common spaces.
