Description: The Ontario Fire Company recently closed a small station and needed to replace it with a new modern facility to effectively serve the community. The Fire Company purchased a commercial building on a property that was centrally located in the District. The objective was to renovate the existing building and provide two new apparatus bays, as a building addition, to meet the Company’s needs.

MRB Group was initially retained to assist the Ontario Fire Company with Building Programming and Concept Design services. Upon concept approval, a preliminary opinion of costs was provided to validate the project. MRB group was then authorized to continue to develop the building design through the Construction Documentation phase.
