The 112-room, Residence Inn by Marriott follows prototype design standards while balancing the aesthetics of the interior and exterior of the building with that of the surrounding site. A major challenge was integrating the latest interior design prototype to the building during the construction phase. Several adaptations were required in order to incorporate the latest design upgrades.
