Harper Park – Tom Green County

MRB Group was hired to submit a Trail Grant Application to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for Harper and Pugh Parks in Tom Green County.

 DTP&W approved $100,000 for Harper Park, and the County will match the grant funds with private donations and “like-kind” services.

 Located along FM 2034 and the Concho River, Harper Park is a vtial park for all of Tom Green County. MRB Group designers prepared a Master Plan and conceptual designs to present to the residents for fund raising and delineation to the Commissioners.  This scope includes a variety of sidewalks and pedestrian walkways in and around the park.  The installation of 20 new concrete RV Pads with private BBQ grills, new underground utilities, the construction of a new group BBQ grill and gathering areas and the construction of a new playground.
