Description: MRB Group was retained by the City to complete a comprehensive study of the City of Geneva’s City Hall facility. Located within the Downtown Historic District, the existing building was constructed in 1917 and required updating to become ADA accessible to all city residents and visitors. MRB Group provided architectural and engineering services related to the planning and design of a new elevator and enclosed stairwell addition (as a second means of egress), as well as interior renovations to the City’s Board Meeting Room, ADA compliant restrooms, and inprovements to meeting rooms. Exterior improvements included new parking areas, walkways, and a green space.


