Description: MRB Group’s architecture, structural, and site development teams worked closely with the Town of Farmington to complete a committee-driven information-gathering process, and determine the best facility plan for serving public needs.

Included in the design is a new Limited Use / Limited Access (LULA) elevator to provide a fully ADA compliant facility. Upon the Programming and Conceptual Design phase approval, MRB Group developed a schematic design and provided construction phase services through construction documentation services.

The result was an extensive renovation of the existing Town Hall facility with improvements that directly addressed workflow and efficiency.
