Description: Like many communities in Upstate New York, the Village of Dryden has provided extensive municipal services while housing operations within an outdated, inefficient facility that has experienced seventy years of deferred maintenance. An extensive list of necessary repairs and upgrades was required, simply to bring the building up to minimum modern standards.

With a focus on future costs and efficiency, MRB Group worked closely with the Village to keep the project affordable. Significant exterior renovations include all new continuous insulation, brick work, storefront windows, ADA entrance ramp and stair, and a new roof. Interior renovations include new, ADA-compliant public restrooms, new staff offices and storage rooms, interior walls, millwork, finishes, doors and hardware, updated wiring and security, new LED lighting and a new HVAC system to increase energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
