Courtyard by Marriot

This four-story, wood framed building is based off the Marriott prototype design. Having a newly adopted zoning code, this project was the first project in the Town to obtain design approval under the new code that resulted in material and color revisions on the building’s exterior. In addition to the exterior modifications, the hotel has enlarged meeting and lobby spaces to expand its guest offerings.
