Description: MRB Group was selected for architectural and engineering services for the redesign of both the interior and exterior of the existing City Hall building, in downtown Belton, Texas.

This project consisted of interior renovations to the Planning Department, the public spaces including restrooms and conference room, and several individual offices. Additionally, the City of Belton was looking for a major facelift on the exterior of the building, not only for aesthetic reasons, but to also meet the ADA-accessibility requirements to public buildings.

MRB Group prepared as-built drawings for the original building, code analysis, and preliminary plans based on multiple projected uses and occupancies classifications.
