Description: MRB Group was initially selected by the Brighton Volunteer Ambulance, to assist with concept site planning services for the potential expansion of the Brighton Volunteer Ambulance (BVA) facility, a historically significant structure that had outlived its usefulness as an essential facility.

MRB Group was retained to proceed with the site, building design, and construction administration services for the facility’s expansion.

The new addition includes a one story 3,000 sf administration addition, and a 4,100 sf 8-bay garage to accommodate the current ambulance fleet and allow for future growth. The existing garage bays were renovated into additional support and administrative spaces and the existing, historical building was modified throughout with new interior finishes, lighting, and a new sprinkler system.
