Description: MRB Group collaborated with officials and staff of the Town of South Bristol over a two-year project schedule to replace its aged highway garage with a new, modern 13,000 sf facility.

Special consideration was given to siting the new structure on the existing highway campus in a manner that would maximize site utilization, better support general highway department operational needs, and minimize interference with ongoing operations during construction.

The new building was designed with interior fire-rated walls, allowing the Town to avoid the additional expense of a costly new water supply source, which would be required for an automatic fire suppression system.
