Description: In early spring of 2020, MRB Group’s Architecture team prepared a design for complete replacement of buildings, bringing the municipal facilities into full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The plans were approved, to include demolition of existing structures and construction of improved and expanded facilities.

Working closely with Town officials and architectural sub consultants Wolfe Architecture, MRB Group created detailed plans and specifications for two locker rooms (including ADA compliant bathrooms), mechanical and storage space for pool operations, and a life guard station/office.
