Having worked with Gallina Development Corporation for a number of years, the MRB Group Site Design and Architecture teams serve as project support partners in many Rochester-area developments.  We routinely represent our client’s interest in a number of areas such as construction coordination, SEQR process, and regulatory agency approvals.  In addition, we provide master planning, and design for building core & shell, interior fit-out, structural rehabilitation and design, and site and stormwater management, sometimes in challenging environments.  

 The Lehigh Crossing Phase I – Lot I site includes 24,000 square feet of commercial real estate providing a professional mix of office, warehouse, loading areas and industrial space.  The site is designed specifically to maximize flexibility in building layout and is capable of supporting separate, private entrances.
