Description: MRB Group’s architecture team was selected to design an expansion and renovation of the existing Central Fire Station in Harker Heights to address substantial population growth, not only within the city limits but also within the Fire Department’s operating staff and Central Station specifically.
The renovations included a new kitchen, a larger dining area, eight individual rooms for sleeping, four separate bathrooms, a brand new fitness center, and a new TV area with recliners. In addition, a study area that can be converted into an additional bedroom if needed gives the fire station staff the option to expand.
