Display and overflow Parking Lot

MRB Group’s Site Development Team provided engineering services for the redesign and construction of the overflow and display parking lots located on N. Washington Street in East Rochester. The lot is situated on the road, providing the opportunity to utilize it as an additional display location for vehicles available to purchase. Our engineers worked closely with RPK Design (Landscape Architects) to match form and function, allowing the Dick Ide Volkswagen to get the most mileage out of their redesigned lot.

Tim Carpenter, P.E. delivers more than 35 years of experience as an engineer and project manager in a number of capacities across military, construction, facilities management, environmental, and manufacturing industries. Proven leader in the design, construction administration, and operations of water and wastewater treatment plants, anaerobic digestion facilities, design and permitting of chemical systems, petroleum system and stormwater management systems, preparation and ongoing management of air emissions permits.
