Description: MRB Group provided architectural and engineering services for an RV Park development on a 16-acre tract of land in North Temple. In addition, MRB provided construction documentation for bidding and construction administration. MRB was the owner’s contact for all activities during the construction documentation and administration phases.

The development provided 117 individual RV pad sites each with storage, water/sewer hook-ups, a picnic table, and a firepit.

The design also included a paved road throughout and one main centrally-located structure that houses a camp store, restrooms/showers, covered pavilion, and lawn storage. Additional site features include a dumpster pad/enclosure, dumpsite, 2 dog parks, and perimeter fencing.
